Gee lemme think.. maybe the water in the Tokyo Bay is not that clean, and there are no beaches suitable for swimming close by?

That is not equivalent of over population. Tokyo is far from being over populated. What is it’s a very cool indoor pool facility with artificial waves and many other cool activities one can do, hence the reason why so many Japanese people crowd this place, which is something American won’t see in , hmm, years? and yes in our sue-happy nation this wouldn’t fly. You really can’t say something nice. This happened in the biggest holiday season in Japan and everyone can get days off.(normally they do not have much holidays) but everywhere they go in the holiday, always packed. If you wanna take your kids to somewhere interesting, always packed! But they still wanna take their kids somewhere.

in America they don’t let more than a few people group up in big wave pools like this, they want to make sure that if anyone goes under they can be seen, or that if anyone wants to get out they can. In Japan, they just pack them so tight no one can sink.
